Every order that rides out of our ranch is packed with care and shipped straight from our barn to your doorstep.

Turnaround Time

·         Orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase

·         During big drops or restocks, shipping may take a little longer — we’ll keep you posted

Shipping Rates

·         U.S. Orders: Flat rate shipping (TBD)

·         Canadian Orders: Flat rate shipping (TBD)

·         International Orders: Calculated at checkout; customer pays shipping cost

Customs & Duties

·         Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged on international shipments

Other Notes

·         We don’t ship partial orders. If something you ordered is on preorder, the whole order ships once everything’s ready

·         Shipping fees are non-refundable
