At Lonesome Seven Ranch, we stand behind every stitch and feather. If what you ordered doesn’t fit right or feel right, we’ll make it right.

The Trail Rules

·         Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase

·         Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unbroken-in, with all original tags and packaging

·         Final sale items and international orders are non-returnable unless they arrive incorrect or defective

Exchanges

·         Need a different size or style? We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (U.S. only)

·         Once your gear rides back into our barn and passes inspection, we’ll ship your replacement free of charge

Returns

·         You can return items for store credit with no fees

·         If you’d rather a refund, we’ll process it with a $7 restocking fee per item

·         Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after your return clears

Notes from the Ranch

·         Shipping charges aren’t refundable unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect

·         Outside the U.S., customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective
