Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada.
How long will my order take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Preorders take 2–3 weeks and will ship together once items are ready.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For more info, email howdy@lonesomesevenranch.com.
What if my item is damaged or the wrong size?
We’ll make it right. Email us with your order info and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange the return or exchange.
How are products made?
All of our products are proudly Made in the USA in premium small-batch runs, using the highest quality materials.
What about hats?
Our hats use adjustable snapbacks with foam trucker or Richardson mid-profile crowns. Foam truckers fit taller.
Are your products made inthe USA?
Yes. Every piece in the line is American-made. We don’t outsource production. Lonesome Seven Ranch apparel is stitched, built, and tested here.
Do you offer limited runs or special drops?
Yes. We release limited drops and preorder gear. Quantities are capped, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.
What makes Lonesome Seven Ranch different?
The backbone. We grew up with it. Every piece comes from the story, families, cattle, the open road. Faith, grit, and heritage. We don’t copy Western—this is the life we live.
How do I care for gear?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Turn inside out for long-term durability.
Do you restock items once they sell out?
Sometimes, but not always. Limited drops are not always restocked. Core designs are. Occasionally, sold-out items may return in future runs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, all preorder sales are final. If something isn’t right, email us.
How are products handled?
Each order is packed by hand at the ranch. We make sure every piece leaves in top condition.
Is Lonesome Seven Ranch an actual ranch?
Yes. The name and spirit come straight from a working ranch in Missouri, tied to generations before us. You’re not just buying a shirt—you’re wearing proof of a family and heritage that runs cattle, raises horses, and lives out the values stitched into the brand.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your gear leaves our barn.
Do you collaborate with other brands or artists?
Yes. Occasionally we run special collaborations with other Western-inspired makers. Follow our socials for updates.
Will you ever open a physical store?
For now, we’re online only. We’re always looking at new ideas—maybe someday we’ll saddle up for a storefront.
